At Riviera Grass, we designed an ambitious, bespoke landscaping project, centered around three standout features: a luxurious landscaped garden, a private padel court, and a professional-grade putting green.
Our goal was to create an outdoor space that was not only visually stunning but also perfectly suited to Dubai’s climate and their active lifestyle.
A Landscaped Garden That Transforms Your Outdoor Experience
The original site presented challenges, with uneven terrain and the need for climate-resilient solutions.
We began by reshaping the land using professional equipment, creating terraced levels supported by elegant gabion walls filled with natural stone.
The result? A robust, aesthetically pleasing foundation, ready for the next phase. We then introduced a carefully curated selection of desert-adapted plants, including palm trees and majestic specimens, all chosen for their ability to thrive in the UAE’s heat while requiring minimal maintenance.
A state-of-the-art, discreet automatic irrigation system ensures the garden remains lush and vibrant year-round.
For the ultimate in relaxation, we installed a stunning concrete pool with a premium white gelcoat finish, giving the water a natural turquoise hue.
The pool area features an integrated jacuzzi and a motorized cover for both comfort and safety.
Surrounding the pool, we laid a 150 m² exotic wood deck on stilts, providing a seamless transition between the garden and the water.
The finishing touches make all the difference: sleek steel edging defines the planted areas, which are dressed with decorative mulch and pebbles.
600 m² of our high-end synthetic turf, adds a touch of cool green without the need for water or upkeep. Subtle landscape lighting enhances the ambiance, making the garden a magical retreat even after sunset.

Sport is a way of life for our clients, and they wanted their outdoor space to reflect that passion. We created a private touch tennis court (6 x 12 meters within an 8 x 16 meter area), perfect for family matches and entertaining guests.

A Private Putting Green for Golf Enthusiasts
For our golf-loving clients, we designed a custom putting green (4 x 7 meters) with gentle slopes to add a technical challenge.
Our synthetic turf mimics the feel of a professional green, offering realistic playability and durability. To complete the resort-like atmosphere, we added a central palm tree, a nod to the luxurious, tropical aesthetic they desired.
