Project Overview

The project involved acquiring an 8,000 m² plot of land to develop a sports complex featuring 10 padel courts, all covered by a 12-meter-high metal structure. The entire project was executed from start to finish, following a methodical and professional approach to ensure quality and durability.

Land Acquisition and Preparation

The first phase focused on securing and preparing the land. A preliminary study was conducted to analyze the soil composition and define the necessary earthworks. This step was essential to create a level and stable surface, which is a fundamental requirement for the longevity of the courts and the overall structure.

Earthworks

The earthworks were carried out with precision to establish a homogeneous and stable foundation. This process included leveling the terrain, removing excess soil, and preparing the ground for underground utility networks. The quality of this phase directly impacts the stability of the foundations and the proper alignment of the courts.

Concreting and Utility Installation

A reinforced concrete slab was poured across the entire area designated for the courts and supporting infrastructure. During this phase, essential utilities were integrated into the slab, including plumbing and water pipes, electrical conduits, and passages for lighting and technical wiring. By embedding these networks during the concreting process, the project ensured a seamless finish and minimized the need for future structural modifications.

Assembly of the Metal Structure

The 12-meter-high metal structure was carefully assembled and clad to ensure both stability and resistance to weather conditions. Each component was installed in strict adherence to safety regulations, resulting in a covered space perfectly suited for padel play.

Exterior Development: Parking and Access Roads

Once the structure was in place, the layout of parking areas and access roads was completed. The design aimed to optimize visitor circulation while making efficient use of the available space surrounding the courts.

Second Fix: Plumbing, Electricity, and Water Systems

The second fix phase involved the comprehensive installation of all necessary systems for the complex’s operation. This included plumbing and sanitary facilities, electrical networks for interior and exterior lighting, water systems for irrigation and maintenance, and the implementation of security measures.

Finishing Touches: Furnishing and Decoration

The final phase focused on furnishing and decorating the courts and ancillary spaces to enhance comfort for players and visitors. This included installing sports furniture and spectator seating, adding signage and interior decoration, and landscaping the surroundings to create an inviting atmosphere.

Conclusion

The project was delivered as a turnkey solution, covering every stage from initial design to final execution. Each phase was meticulously planned and professionally executed to ensure the durability, safety, and overall quality of the user experience at the padel complex.
